资源简介:
In order to explore the genes and molecular mechanisms involved in the development and progression of sepsis-induced myocardial dysfunction, RNA sequencing was used to examine the total RNA in heart tissues of disease model mice and control individuals, and to generate this transcriptome dataset to compare gene expression differences between the two groups of tissues at the transcriptional level. Overall design: 10-week-old healthy, specific pathogen-free, and wild-type C57BL/6 male mice were randomly assigned to the PBS group and the LPS group (n=5/group). In order to construct mouse models of sepsis-induced myocardial dysfunction, the LPS group were given a single intraperitoneal injection of 10 mg/kg LPS, while the PBS group were given an equal volume of PBS as controls. After 12 hours of treatment, heart tissue from the mice were collected for the RNA extraction, purification, quality assessment, reverse transcription, cDNA library construction, and RNA sequencing.
