Two Source Energy Balance Model outputs from "High Spatial and Temporal Resolution Energy Flux Mapping of Different Land Covers using an Off-the-Shelf Unmanned Aerial System"

These data support the paper entitled "High Spatial and Temporal Resolution Energy Flux Mapping of Different Land Covers using an Off-the-Shelf Unmanned Aerial System". The paper demonstrates methods for mapping energy fluxes at sub-metre resolution using an integrated thermal infrared-multispectral sensor (Micasense Altum) over different land cover types. We used pyTSEB (https://pytseb.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index.html) to calculate fluxes, and provide gridded output data (net radiation, sensible heat, latent heat, and ground heat fluxes, and ancillary data).
