Warming reshapes where Colletotrichum anthracnose can thrive: complex-level climatic niches and crop exposure under CMIP6 scenarios
收藏资源简介:
Code and derived data for a global assessment of the climatic suitability of Colletotrichum anthracnose and its species complexes under CMIP6 climate change. Contents of 10_zenodo.7z (2.4 GB; extract with 7-Zip on Windows, Keka or The Unarchiver on macOS, or p7zip on Linux):- cleaned GBIF occurrence records and geocoded NCBI GenBank/BioSample isolates on a 5′ grid;- presence and background points with climate values and spatial cross-validation folds;- evaluation results for nine algorithms (GLM, GAM, MaxEnt, BRT, random forest, BART, MLP, DeepMaxent, TabPFN) under three sampling-bias designs;- ensemble suitability maps (GeoTIFF) for 1981–2010 and 45 future climates (five CMIP6 climate models × SSP1-2.6, SSP3-7.0 and SSP5-8.5 × 2011–2040, 2041–2070 and 2071–2100), with climate-model agreement and novel-climate (MESS) rasters;- niche-overlap tests, continental centroid shifts and the exposure of 39 host crops;- the R and Python scripts that produce these results and the figures. See README.md for the folder layout, the raster encoding and how to reproduce the analyses. Raw GBIF downloads, CHELSA climate layers and CROPGRIDS are not redistributed; they are cited by DOI under Related works.
