GRP SURE - Interview

This dataset contains data from interviews with offshore workers, supervisors, and managers regarding offshore safety programs, including stop work authority (SWA), ultimate work authority (UWA), reporting unsafe conditions, and employee participation. The interviews are conducted virtually in most cases and up to 1 hour. The interviews aim at understanding offshore workforce's experience with challenges and benefits of the offshore safety programs.
