Pooled whole genome sequencing of Pacific cod spawning stocks

Pooled whole genome sequence data for Pacific cod was used to examine whether genetic differentiation among spawning samples is the result of genetic differences randomly dispersed throughout the genome or localized into specific genomic regions. Samples were taken from eight spawning locations, three of which were duplicated to test for error rates.
