Myeloid cells, particularly dendritic cells (DCs) and macrophages, play pivotal roles during asthma exacerbation by producing various cytokines and chemokines. However, the heterogeneity and function of these cells remains inadequately explored. In this study, we performed an established HDM-induced allergic asthma mouse model and generated a single-cell landscape on immune counterpart in lungPlease find the attached Seurat object stored in rds files. You can load them with R readRDS() function. IC.rds stores the immune cells' scRNA-seq profiles. `nonIC.rds` stores the non-immune cells' scRNA-seq profiles.
