A surface polarized reflectance dataset for China derived from GF-5/DPC data using a quality-stratification framework

This dataset provides multi-angle surface polarized reflectance over China derived from GF-5 Directional Polarimetric Camera (DPC) observations from 1 January 2019 to 25 March 2020. The product includes surface and top-of-atmosphere polarized reflectance at 670 nm and 865 nm, observation geometry, dominant IGBP land-cover class, land-cover homogeneity, matched MCD19A2 aerosol optical depth, NDVI, viewing-direction index, and a relative quality flag. The dataset contains 23,855,658 valid observation records across 13 land-cover types and is intended to support studies of land surface polarized reflectance, BPDF model evaluation, multi-angle polarimetric remote sensing, and surface-atmosphere correction over land.
