TotalX is a scalable framework for single-cell total RNA profiling that enables detection of both polyadenylated and non-polyadenylated transcripts—including miRNAs, lncRNAs, tRNAs, snoRNAs, snRNAs, and histone RNAs—at high throughput and with minimal protocol changes to the standard 10x Genomics platform.The datasets from Isakova et al. study are available here in h5ad format.Note: If adata.X is transformed (for the brain and PBMC data), the raw counts could be found in adata.layers['counts'].
