The table shows the rank position of the M-value of a gene in a particular data set (for example, female parents). The highest rank is assigned to the gene with the highest absolute M-value, and the lowest possible M-value is equal to the total nrs of genes on the list after filtration. NA denotes genes filtered away during analysis as low quality spot on microarray.
