An Idealized Model for the Emergence of the North Icelandic Jet - ROMS setup

This repository contains all the files necessary to run the experiments and the resulting output files described in "An Idealized Model for the Emergence of the North Icelandic Jet" (preprint: DOI: 10.22541/essoar.173031707.77517308/v2). These idealized numerical simulations are conducted using the Regional Ocean Modeling System (ROMS, version 3.8; Shchepetkin & McWilliams, 2009).

- All files needed to compile and run the model
- A schematic explaining how the data is structured
- A schematic explaining how to set up, compile, and run the model given the appropriate files
