FUSCC colorectal cancer target sequencing

FUSCC Colorectal Cancer Cohort 869 patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer (CRC) in Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center (FUSCC) were enrolled in our study from 1st January 2020 to 31th June 2021. Tissues collected by colonoscopy, puncture or surgical excision were pathologically validated, and special pathologic types were excluded, including anorectal malignant melanoma and neuroendocrine neoplasm. All samples were approved and authorized by the FUSCC Ethics Committee, and all participants signed informed consent. FUSCC Panel Sequencing and Genomic Analysis FUSCC colorectal cancer (FUSCC-CRC) panel consisted of 887 cancer-related genes, including clinically actionable targets and frequently altered genes in CRC. Sequencing of the FUSCC-CRC panel was performed as previously described by Lang et.al, Nature Communications 2020.
