16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing data of cattle gut microbiome from birth to post-puberty

We collected fecal, small intestinal, large intestinal, and ruminal contents of healthy Korean cattle, Bos taurus coreanae, from birth to post-puberty stage to investigate gut microbial assembly of healthy calves. Additionally, some of maternal milk and diet were also collected. Paired-end V3-V4 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing was employed through Illumina MiSeq (2x300) platform.
