RNA-seq data of Cryptococcus species grown at 30C and 37C

This project involved the generation of RNA-seq data for five Cryptococcus strains: C. bacillisporus CA1280, C. bacillisporus CA1873, C. decagattii 7685027, C. gattii WM276, and C. tetragattii IND107. These strains were cultivated at both 30C and 37C. All these data have spiked in using a fixed quantity of S. cerevisiae S288C cells added into each sample prior to RNA extraction. The primary objective of this dataset was to assist in predicting genes for new genome assemblies of these Cryptococcus strains.
