资源简介:
This project contains raw shotgun metagenomic sequencing data from fecal samples collected during mid-to-late gestation as part of a study on gut microbiome alterations associated with gestational conditions. Samples were obtained from participants in a prospective observational cohort, including individuals diagnosed with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM), gestational hypertension (GH), and those with uncomplicated pregnancies. Sequencing was performed on Illumina platforms across two batches. The data were generated to support investigations into microbiome-driven differences in metabolic and immune-related pathways across gestational phenotypes. This dataset underlies the manuscript titled "Metagenomic Profiling and Predictive Modeling Reveal Gut Microbiome Signatures of Gestational Diseases", which identifies differentially abundant microbial taxa and functional pathways, and applies machine learning models to predict gestational disease status based on microbiome profiles.
