Inline edge illumination X-ray phase contrast imaging: dataset

A dataset containing both a conventional edge illumination (EI) acquisition and an inline EI acquisition. These results are published in the publication "Inline edge illumination X-ray phase contrast imaging through mask misalignment". Postprocessing involved gaussian fitting using the open source gpufit software (https://github.com/gpufit/Gpufit). The sample consists of three clinders made of different materials. Conventional: flat field and sample projections illumination curves (ICs) sampled using 11 mask steps of 10 micrometer dark current images to correct for electronic detector noise Inline: illumination curves are moire fringes in the field-of-view (FOV) sample is stepped 2 detector columns each projection central IC is used for postprocessing flat fielding is done using the projections before/after the sample enters the FOV dark current image to correct for electronic detector noise
