Evaluation of the first sign of intervertebral ossification in adjuvant induced arthritis using spectral imaging and phase contrast imaging

The aim of this proposal is to evaluate the progression of the ossification in a model of reactive arthritis using two imaging technologies: X-ray Phase Contrast Imaging (PCI) and the Dual energy CT scan. In details, we intend to 1) investigate the evolution of the intervertebral ossification thanks to quantitative Speckle Based Imaging 2) better understand the exact localization of the first signs of ossification
