A Comprehensive Multi-Omics Database for Reproductive System Diseases
收藏资源简介:
Reproductive system diseases encompass a wide range of disorders affecting male and female reproductive health, imposing substantial medical and socioeconomic burdens worldwide. Despite the rapid accumulation of multi-omics data from public repositories, a unified, disease-oriented resource integrating experimentally validated and high-throughput molecular evidence for reproductive system diseases remains lacking. Here, we present RSDD (Reproductive System Diseases Database), a comprehensive multi-omics database for reproductive system diseases. RSDD integrates manually curated experimental data from published literature with systematically processed high-throughput omics datasets, including genomic, transcriptomic, epigenomic, proteomic, and metabolomic data. The database currently contains over 10,000 experimentally validated association records and over 2 million high-throughput sequencing entries, covering 289 reproductive diseases. A user-friendly web interface supports browsing, searching, downloading, and visualizing multi-omics data, along with dedicated modules for plasma biomarkers and immune cell infiltration analysis. RSDD serves as a valuable resource for exploring disease mechanisms, identifying biomarkers, and facilitating translational research in reproductive medicine.
