Phenocam Dataset and Codes for Cryptic Phenology Analysis in Subtropical Evergreen Broad-Leaved Forests (Year 2024)

This upload contains sample data and MATLAB source code associated with the study “Unveiling Cryptic Phenology and Environmental Responses in Subtropical Evergreen Broad-Leaved Tree Canopies Using Phenology Camera Observations,” authored by the primary contributor, Lu Yang.The dataset includes representative raw images selected from three key phenological stages, enabling verification of the authenticity and reproducibility of the results presented in the paper.Data:Sample raw images captured at three critical phenological time points are provided for demonstration and validation purposes.Code:The accompanying MATLAB scripts correspond to the analyses described in the manuscript.
