To investigate the downstream genes of Isl1 and Pou4f1 in CVGs, we examined the gene expression level of each single knockout and double knockout compared with control. Overall design: We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 4 different genotypes at E11.5. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for control, Isl1CKO, Pou4f1KO and DKO CVGs.
