This paper uses an experimental setup to study the temperature fluctuations of the fluid and on the plate surface caused by the coaxial-jet. The temperature fluctuations of fluid and on the plate surface located at different heights are analyzed. The cause of temperature fluctuation is analyzed by the transient temperature distribution. The results of the average temperature, temperature fluctuations intensity and transient temperature listed in the attachments
