Replication repository for "Bunching in Real-Estate Markets: Regulated Building Heights in New York City" by Jan Brueckner, David Leather, and Miguel Zerecero for future publication in Journal of Urban Economics, manuscript number YJUEC_D_24_00004R2. The repository includes all raw data, and generates all tables and figures found in the main draft, except for Figure 1 which does not require any data. The code is mostly written in Julia, with the exception of a single R script which produces Figure 8, the sample map.
