The model community.xml encodes ten halophilic genera sharing a single extracellular compartment Chromohalobacter, Haloarcula, Halobacterium, Haloferax, Halomonas, Haloquadratum, Halorubrum, Natronomonas, Tetragenococcus, and Salinibacter, each with its own cytosolic and periplasmic compartments and connected to a shared extracellular pool of 545 metabolites. The SBML file contains 12,971 species and 20,783 reactions in total, drafted automatically by CarveMe without manual curation, incontrast to the hand-curated model of Centeno (2026): Global metabolic coherence as a derived property of microbial communities: A discrete hodge framework,” J.
