Multicompartment distribution and phenotypic antifungal resistance of Candida tropicalis: systematic review and meta-analysis, data and code

Data and code of a systematic review and meta-analysis of Candida tropicalis across six compartments of recovery (human host, animal host, agroecosystem, healthcare environment, natural environment, anthropogenic matrix), registered in PROSPERO (CRD420261486387). The deposit contains the scripts of every phase (Python and R), the analysis matrices (extraction matrix, verification and risk-of-bias workbooks, tidy tables, analysis datasets), the pre-specified analysis rules, the search strategies, the model results with run logs recording the MD5 of every input and output, and the tables, figures and supplementary material of the first article (distribution of isolates across compartments and phenotypic non-wild-type and resistance proportions). Bibliographic exports of the searched databases are not included because their terms of use do not allow redistribution. Code is released under the MIT License and data and documents under CC BY 4.0.
