Pollen analysis of strata from Old Man Cave (42SA21153) in southeastern
Utah was undertaken to address four paleoennvironmental questions.
Interpretation of the pollen record is considered preliminary at this stage,
since additional samples are scheduled for collection during the 1993 field
season. Examination of this preliminary pollen record provides the basis for
future sampling strategies.
