Whole genome sequencing and assembly of 418 species from the family Boletaceae Raw sequence reads

Whole genome sequences of globally distributed Boletaceae species for use in producing a well supported phylogeny of the family. DNA was extracted from dried basidiocarps. Specimens represent a variety of newly collected specimens from the field and previously collected museum specimens.
