The impact of brain insulin receptor isoform A on brain sparing effect in fetal growth restricted rat

This study aims to investigate the influence of brain IR-A in fetal growth restricted (FGR) neonates. An FGR model rat was generated by maternal caloric restriction (CR). Pups were born by Caesarean section and whole brain samples were dissected immidiately. Then we analyzed differentially expressed genes using data obtained from RNA-sequiencing of 3 samples each from CR and control group.
