Genome-wide binding analysis of transcription factors regulating the expression of ribosomal-related genes.

In this study, we uncovered that the transcription factors Ifh1, Fhl1, and Sfp1, known to regulate the expression or ribosome-related gene in budding yeast, are conserved in fission yeast. We analyzed the mechanisms by which these transcription factors control the transcription of ribosome-related genes. As part of this, we conducted ChIP-seq analyses for Ifh1, Fhl1, and Sfp1, identifying the regions where each factor binds within the S. pombe genome.
