Transcriptome Analysis of the Underlying Mechanisms of Flowering Inhibition in the Bud Sport of Cut Chrysanthemum ‘Jinshan’

This dataset provides transcriptome sequencing data for the cut chrysanthemum cultivar 'Jinshan' (Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat. 'Jinshan') and its stable non-flowering bud sport during the vegetative growth stage. The bud sport is a stable, non-flowering natural mutant obtained during commercial cultivation. The research materials include leaf and shoot apical meristem tissues from both the wild type and the bud sport, with three biological replicates per group, totaling 12 samples. This dataset can be utilized to analyze differentially expressed genes in leaves and shoot tips during the development of the non-flowering phenotype, providing a solid foundation for studying the molecular mechanisms of flowering regulation in Chrysanthemum.
