Little is known about THOC2 that affect melanoma cell growth,proliferation and invasion siRNAs may be used to address the role of individual gene in these processes. THOC2 RNAi were used to gain a comprehensive overview of all genes involved in cell growth, proliferation, migration and other cellular processes. Well-known melanoma cell lines A375, M14 were transduced with the siRNA oligos for 48h. Totel RNA was extracted and RNAs were hybridized to Agilent SurePrint G3 Human Gene Expression v3 (8*60K,Design ID:072363)
