By UVA irradiation, a photoaging model of HaCaT cells was constructed, and the cells were treated with CK. Through transcriptomics, the changes in the blank group, control group, and treatment group were compared, and the genes were quantitatively analyzed. Further analysis was conducted based on gene expression levels to explore the mechanism of CK anti photoaging.
