Experimental dataset of pulsed-wave additively manufactured SS316L columns and thin walls: geometrical and mechanical characterization and optimization

This dataset contains geometrical and mechanical characterization results of SS316L additively manufactured columns and thin wall specimens produced under varying process parameters (power, exposure time, and point distance). It includes experimental data from mechanical tests on single columns, thin wall, and optimized walls obtained through an optimization tool. The dataset also provides Digital Image Correlation (DIC) videos recorded during mechanical testing, enabling detailed analysis of deformation behavior and process–structure–property relationships.
