Musica Viva has been associated with the Department of School Education since 1981. The Musica Viva programme in schools brings professional musicians to perform in schools all over the state. A resource kit and in-service training and development course for teachers also form part of the programme. A music teacher is seconded to co-ordinate the programme.The records within this series consist video tapes and files relating to the school Musica Viva programme.
