CHRM3 has been reported to be the main subtype of muscarinic receptors in the mouse and human stomach, and the high CHRM3 expression was closely associated with the progression of gastric cancer.Patient-derived organoids (PDOs) with abnormally high expression of muscarine acetylcholine receptor 3 (CHRM3) can be significantly inhibited by Oxybutynin hydrochloride (OXY) and Nortriptyline hydrochloride (NOR). To determine the critical signaling pathways involved in the inhibitory effect of OXY and NOR on gastric cancer, we studied the relevant transcripts by comparing batch RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) in organoids with or without OXY/NOR.
