This repository provides the FASTA sequences of all detected cellular T-DNA (cT-DNA) regions identified in plant genomes analyzed in our study of nGMO plants.

This dataset contains FASTA sequences of genomic regions homologous to Agrobacterium T-DNA (cellular T-DNA, cT-DNA) detected in plants.The sequences were recovered from publicly available Sequence Read Archive (SRA) and Whole Genome Shotgun (WGS) datasets using BLASTN with NTfus6 as the query sequence.
