DNA-seq for Microheliella mitochondrial genome. Microheliella maris

Microheliell maris is a marine heliozoan-shaped protist belonging to Pancryptista. Its mitochondrial genome has never been reconstructed, but it was highly expected that that inforamation surely contribute to understand the early mitocnodrial genome evolution within pancryptista. Hence, we conducted NGS sequencing on the extracted DNA of M. maris and reconstruct its mitochondrial genome.
