Transcriptomic signatures of the foetal liver and vitrified embryos in rabbits

RNA-Seq of the samples derived from foetal liver and vitrified embryos in rabbits. Total RNA was isolated from liver and embryo samples using a combination of mirVana kit (Ambion) and AllPrep kit (Quiagen). Subsequently, RNA samples were submitted to the company Macrogen (Seoul, South Korea) for library preparation and sequencing. Libraries from each of the 10 samples (5 foetus and 5 vitrified embryos) were generated, which were sequenced using an Illumina Hiseq-2000 sequencer (Illumina, San Diego, USA). In this study 2 x 100 bp reads and a mean of 37.52 million of paired-reads per sample was generated.
