A collection of 200 single-cross maize hybrids (genotypes) was evaluated for grain yield (tha−1) during the 2013 and 2014 growing seasons in 14 locations in southeastern and southern Brazil. The file contains two spreadsheets. ammiData: Gen (Genotype); Env (Environment); Rep (Repetition); Y(Yield) M: The matrix of SNP markers that is composed of the values 0, 1 and 2, which correspond to the alleles a, aA(Aa) or AA of the respective marker. The columns are defined by genotypes, while SNP markers define the rows.
