Minutes of Meeting: Governing Board, 10 June 2022

Minutes of the 86th IFLA Governing Board meeting held on 10 June 2022 via teleconference. The Board approved minutes from the April meeting, initiated the recruitment process for a new Secretary General, and passed a series of legal resolutions related to leadership transitions. Key decisions included enabling electronic voting at the General Assembly, appointing members to the Finance & Risk Committee and FAIFE, and approving financial measures such as accepting Dutch government COVID aid and appointing a new auditor. The Board also addressed WLIC planning, IT solutions, and support for the Ukrainian Library Association. An executive session followed.
