We have investigated the effects of CDK8/19 inhibitor Senexin B on the gene expression regulated by PMA 24hr-treatment in 293 cells. Overall design: HEK293 cells were treated with vehicle control (0.1% DMSO), 1 µM Senexin B, 30nM PMA or combination for 24 hours. Each treatment condition was done in biological triplicate.
