Lebedev Laikov spheircal integration weights and spherical angles u,v

Lebedev and Laikov (1999) derived 5810 integration weights and spherical angles for scalar products (i.e. integrals) of spherical harmonics involving sin(u) as sqare root of metric determinant in the weights. The scalar products are exact upto machine precision until l=65. They may be used to fit functions on the sphere in a least-squares sense.
