资源简介:
Gliomas are the most common primary malignant brain tumors, and the immune cells in the tumor microenvironment (TME) play a crucial role in the initiation and progression of glioma. This study aims to explore the regulatory mechanism by which extracellular vesicles (EVs) derived from tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) promote glioma progression by modulating regulatory T-cell (Treg) differentiation through single-cell and transcriptomic sequencing.
