This a 4D-STEM dataset of Poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL) thin film acquired by EMPAD in ThermoFisher Scientific Spectra 300 microscope. The electron dose is ~1.7 e/Å2 for each scanning position, and the scan step is ~22.5 nm. The calibration in reciprocal space is ~0.067123 1/nm. Additional datasets are currently being uploaded. This description will be updated upon completion of new upload.
