Single-center trials did not show larger effects than multi-center trials in harm outcomes

Studies have found that single-center trials provide larger effects than multi-center trials in treatment effectiveness outcomes. However, this result may not necessarily apply to the safety outcomes. therefore, we explored the safety outcome effect size between single-center and multi-center trials in 10,069 trials within 629 meta-analyses.
