THERMO MECHANICAL PROCESSING

By: Vaibhav A. Chilate This study consist of various mechanical operation such as cold rolling, hot rolling, wire drawing on extruded CRZ material in well equipped thermo mechanical lab. The effect of different mechanical properties for instance, tensile test, vicker hardness test, optical microscopic observation was also scrutinized before and after such mechanical operation. And, then compared all the results among each other. The mircostructural evolution and crystalline morphologies of CRZ material were also investigated and related to the mechanical properties.
