Transcriptomic Analysis of SA-N-hACE2 and Sftpc-N-hACE2 Mice Infected with SARS-CoV-2 deltaN/GFP-HiBiT (PRJCA042318)

This project performs transcriptomic analysis on SA-N-hACE2 and Sftpc-N-hACE2 mice infected with SARS-CoV-2 ?N/GFP-HiBiT. Using RNA sequencing, we profiled gene expression in brain and lung tissues at 2, 4, and 7 days post-infection to identify differentially expressed genes and signaling pathways, revealing tissue-specific host responses and viral infection mechanisms to inform antiviral strategy development.
