scRNA seq data from AML PDXs throughout a cytarabine treatment, and directly from AML patients at differnet stages of disease progression

We used scRNA seq on regenerating PDX models and de novo AML patient cells to delineate the heirarchical regeneration of AML following treatment Bone Marrow from AML PDXs were isolated via mechanical dissociation and red blood cell lysis before FACS purification on humanCD45 and CD33 markers prior to scRNA seq protocol.
