USE OF STATISTICAL MODELS IN CONTROLLING THE STABILITY OF TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES

The stability issue, which is one of the key elements in regulating the quality of product manufacturing in technological process operations, is the focus of this thesis. The study examines the function of stability in the statistical quality assurance system as well as the theoretical and practical underpinnings of its implementation. Specifically, the essence of the Walter Andrews control chart approach is disclosed and some useful techniques for evaluating the stability of the technological process are explained. Additionally, new control charts based on one-dimensional and two-dimensional normal distributions have been created to assess the stability of technological processes.
