Download all 46 files called "eeg2102_zenodo-results.7z.001" - "eeg2102_zenodo-results.7z.046" into the folder "results". Use a tool like 7zip and use it to unpack the file ending in ".7z.001" (it will automatically unpack the other 45 files). Unpack these files into the folder "results". Important Note See also 0_INFO.md: Since the raw data files take up too much space, we provide the preprocessed data here. This means that some scripts cannot be executed without adapting them. In particular: - A_impedanceVisualizer.R - cannot be executed without the raw data files, but only generates visual overviews of the EEG recording impedances.- B_eeg2102_analysis_thorpe[-schnpef].m - imports raw datafiles and does the preprocessing. These scripts create the contents of "results/B_results-thorpe[schnepf]/". The scripts "C_..." to "J_..." should execute without problems, if executed in order and if the above folder structure exists. Refer to 0_INFO.md for details.
