Source Code and Figures for "Hadean mantle reactors linking the Moon-forming impact to Earth's early habitability"

This repository contains the Python source code and generated high-resolution figures for the manuscript "Hadean mantle reactors linking the Moon-forming impact to Earth's early habitability". Contents: generate_figures.py: Generates Figure 1 (Geodynamics and LLSVP Seeding) and Figure 2 (Extreme Fe Partitioning into Ferropericlase). generate_graphical_abstract.py: Generates the 3-panel macroscopic-to-microscopic continuum graphical abstract. High-resolution output files (.png and .tiff) used in the manuscript. The code utilizes Matplotlib and SciPy to parameterize and plot the thermodynamic evolution of the Fe-Mg distribution coefficient and geodynamic cross-sections.
