Mix-and-spray MicroED: Electron diffraction tilt series acquired from protein microcrystals prepared by spray-freezing, and control datasets prepared by traditional CryoEM blotting and plunge-freezing methods

This deposition contains MicroED tilt series data in SMV file format, acquired either at a TFS Titan Krios operating at 300 keV or a TFS Glacios operating at 200 keV at 100 K. Datasets within subdirectories labeled "spray" were recorded from protein microcrystals spray-frozen onto TEM grids prior to plunge freezing using a GDVN mix-and-spray apparatus. Datasets within subdirectories labeled "static" were recorded from protein microcrystals dropcast onto grids and plunge-frozen using traditional CryoEM methods at an FEI Vitrobot. Proteinase K datasets in the subdirectory labeled "ashlessblot" were recorded from microcrystals prepared at a Vitrobot using ashless blotting paper.
